Christina Morales '09

Christina Morales is the Senior Director of Postsecondary Programs at the East Harlem Tutorial Program (EHTP), where she leads all college access and success, and career initiatives for high school and college-aged youth participating in out-of-school time programs. During her tenure at EHTP, Christina has played a key role in advancing the organization’s anti-racism efforts. She designed and facilitated racial equity trainings for students, families, staff, and external partners. Before joining EHTP, Christina worked in research administration and graduate admissions. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College and an Ed.M. in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Christina lives in Inwood with her husband and son, and is the sister of Eliana ’11 and Rachel ’12. She has served on the Brearley Alumnae Board since 2021.
